Shower is only running hot or cold.

The problem is likely to be that the hot and cold water supplies have been plumbed in on the wrong sides of the valve.

Shower has little or no water flowing out or the flow is fluctuating

In these instances it is likely that there is a blockage in the system.

Shower is not running hot enough.

There are a few possible reasons why this could be happening. The first thing to check is the temperature of the hot water supply, if this is not the problem the next logical thing to check is what the maximum temperature of the valve has been set to.
