If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. This is effective 14 calendar days from the delivery date, where we will give you a full refund for the total price paid for the products. Returns made after the 14 days but within 30 calendar days will receive credit for the original price of the goods. All goods must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that a collection charge will be implemented for all non faulty returns and that this must be paid prior to any return collection being processed. Any items marked as a 'special order' are made to order and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned due to the goods being unwanted. You must notify us of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours from the delivery date and we will organise collection and a replacement product. All products have a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee that covers defects. Products are not covered against accidental or installation damage, poor servicing and neglect or general wear and tear.
