Soakology Promotional codes

Promotional codes are just one way that we reward our loyal and valued customers. Using these codes, we can offer free delivery, percentage or fixed amount discounts or even complimentary gifts, such as our range of bathroom towels and robes.

All promotional codes have an expirary date. If you have a code and you believe that it shouldn't have expired yet - please contact us.

Promotional codes at Soakology

Promotional codes and special offers are covered by our terms and conditions. Sometimes the codes are mis-used or mis-entered and we need to contact the user before the order can be accepted. Trade discounts should only be used by the trade account issued. Credit notes and personal discounts should only be used by the person to whom they are issued. We like giving discounts and many of the branded items are already discounted from the recommended retail price.

Current Discount codes and Special Offers

We are currently offering a 5% off orders over a certain final amount. Details can be found in the Basket page of the checkout system. Offer codes may change while the discount amount stays the same. This is used by our customer services department to track how much discount we have given our customers.

Free Delivery

We cannot offer free delivery on all products to all addresses in the UK. We have done our best to find couriers and carriers that provide suitable customer service as well as just moving your chosen goods from A to B. Such services cost money and while we are happy to absorb that initial cost for many orders there are some extremes that we cannot hope to cover with out asking for an additional charge. If you live in Mainland UK, we should be able to deliver for free on orders exceeding our special offer threshold. However, if you live in an area that usually does incur an additional delivery cost, it is quite likely that we would also need to add a surcharge to the order to help cover carriage. This would not be the full price of the carriage, as we would subsidise the delivery by the same amount we would on a standard, mainland delivery. The postcodes that we currently need to obtain surcharges for include (but are not limited to) JE, IM, BT and several scottish highland postcodes.
