Everything you need to know about your Soakology delivery options. Please call us if you have any further questions or special instructions.

Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver your products at a convenient and pre-arranged date. We will contact you to reconfirm the details after the order has been processed and keep you up to date with the status of your order.

All items will be delivered at the same time wherever possible. If it isn't possible as the items are coming from different locations we will endeavour to inform you of this fact. You will be contacted if any of the items are out of stock, we will advise you and keep you updated with their expected date.

Please note that we send all larger items on a pallet courier service. These are often much larger vehicles and the delivery is to the kerbside only. Please ensure that you have sufficient persons to receive the palleted goods and bring them onto/ into your premises. You are also considered to be responsible for access to the premises on the day of delivery. If there are any access issues, including narrow lanes, no parking zones etc. please let us know as we may be able to change to a smaller vehicle - but this may incur a fee that would have to be paid before delivery is attempted. Please call us if you have any questions, concerns or special instructions. Please note that the pallet is considered part of the packaging and will be left with the goods.

Delivery Costs

The great news is that orders over £250 are currently free delivery to most of the UK*. However once you have added an item to your basket you can enter the postcode of the delivery address which will calculate the current postage and packaging charge, this will update as you add or remove items.

If you need to reschedule your delivery or update your delivery details please call our Customer Service Advisors on 03300 882803 as soon as possible prior to the delivery date. This will ensure that we are able to rearrange your delivery in plenty of time.

* Exceptions by Postcode. AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, ZE, Isle of Wight & Sciliy Isles - Exceptions are imposed by the courier companies we use and some exceptions can be made. Please contact us with the full details of your order.

* Oversized Items - Shower Panels & Walls

The shower panels and wall kits supplied by Nuance are too large for normal couriers and we have had to add a surcharge dependent on postcode to offset the additional cost of delivery. This means they are not subject to our current Free Delivery Offer. There are also properties in the UK that large delivery vehicles are unable to reach. If your property is inaccessable we may be able to arrange a different delivery location.

2 – Person Deliveries

Many of our products are large and cumbersome. Whilst our free delivery option gets the goods directly and safely to you on a pallet it is technically a kerbside only delivery which doesn't suit everyone.... but it is free which does suit everyone! However, there will always be a situation where someone needs a friendly hand to get the goods into their home and that is where our two-person delivery comes in handy. We are pleased to announce that for a small charge this service is now available to Soakology customers.

How does it work?

  • • You place your order on the website and check the '2 - Person' delivery box before proceeding to checkout.
  • • Once all the products in your order are ready to despatch from our warehouse, our 2 - Person specialist carrier will collect the items on a pallet.
  • • You will receive a call within 24 – 48 hrs after this collection, to arrange a delivery day with you. Delivery days are Tuesday through to Saturday.
  • • Delivery will normally be arranged to take place between 3 and 7 working days after collection from us.

On the day of your delivery

  • • The carrier delivery team will contact you between 07.00 - 09.00 in the morning of your delivery to confirm your estimated time slot on a 3-4hr window. They will then re-call 30-60 mins before arrival. So you can get on with your day.
  • • Your items will be transported to you in a van, packaged to prevent damage (having been taken off the pallet) and will be delivered by the 2 - Person team to the Room of Choice.
  • • You can unpack your items and inspect them with the team present (they will assist if you require them to) and if you have any questions about your order the team will help in any way they can. Please feel free to rate your delivery.

Important terms and conditions of our 2 - Person delivery service

  • • If you wish to cancel or change your delivery or collection please do so more than two days before the allotted day.
  • • If you are not at the agreed delivery address on the agreed day of delivery; or if you make alterations to the delivery location, or cancel your delivery inside of two days prior to your delivery date you will incur a fee which, depending on the products and your location, could be anywhere between £20 and £100.

    Available areas

    Our 2 - Person delivery service is available to everyone in the UK mainland, but due to logistical reasons, restrictions apply to customers living in the following postcode areas: IV, AB, PH16+, PA20+, HS, ZE, KW, IM, JE, GY, Dublin and ROI PO30-PO41, TR21-TR25, BT, KA27 and KA28

    If you require delivery to any of the above postcode areas, you can still order a 2 - Person delivery online but there may be an area surcharge. Our Customer Care Team will contact you separately to arrange your delivery date. Depending on your location, the time between completing your order and your delivery date may be longer than anticipated. We will keep you fully updated on your estimated delivery time.

    Frequently asked questions

    Will I be able to see the total delivery costs before I buy?
    Yes. Your total delivery charge will be displayed before you confirm your order, based on your postcode and the weight or classification of your order. What happens if some of my items are out of stock?
    The completed order will be delivered as soon as these items become available, however, a part delivery of the in-stock items can be arranged by calling us on 03300 88 2803 How do I qualify for free delivery?
    If your order is over £250 you will qualify for our free large delivery option. This is the pallet to kerbside option only (or standard courier in the case of small items) not the 2 - Person option. Can I get next day delivery?
    If next day delivery is required, please call the office to discuss before placing your order. Most products are available in 2 - 5 working days from order, however a next day service is not available with our 2 - Person delivery service. What happens if you can’t deliver my order on my allocated date?
    If, on the rare occasion, we are not able to deliver your order on your allotted day and within your allotted time slot, we will let you know immediately and arrange an alternative delivery date. What happens if I’m not at the delivery address when you attempt to deliver my order?
    If our couriers turn up to your delivery address on your allotted day, but are unable to complete the delivery, we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee to cover our costs which, depending on the products and your location, could be anywhere between £20 and £100.
    Alterations to the delivery location or cancellation less than two days prior to your delivery will also incur this fee.
