Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
During these unprecedented times in the UK our team at Soakology is working hard to make sure we can continue to provide the same level of outstanding customer service. Our team members are working remotely where possible and we are monitoring government guidelines for changes. Despite our best efforts there are some things that are outside our control so we are asking our customers to be patient and to bear with us during this difficult time.
We are currently able to fulfil most orders as normal but we rely on the product manufacturers remaining open to continue as we are. Some products are more difficult to deliver so we are asking that our customers get in touch with us to check availability. Because of remote working and a high volume of calls it is difficult for our staff to answer the phone in our usual timely manner. What Happens Next?
Our customers and staff are at the center of absolutely everything we do and we are trying to do everything we can to keep everyone safe and to maintain as much normality as possible. We are hopeful that the current situation will be resolved soon and we will all be able to get back to our normal lives but until that happens we will continue to monitor governmental advice and guidelines.
