COVID-19 Customer Service Update
We are doing everything we can to minimise the impact of the current global pandemic on the normal operations of Soakology. In order to keep our customer service team safe we have implemented a remote working policy. You can still contact us directly via email [email protected] or by using the Live Chat but our team are unable to answer the telephone.
We have a text chat function which should appear in the bottom right hand corner when active. Our friendly Customer Support team will be available each week day to answer any questions you have. Outside those hours, you can still leave us a quick message and we will be able to get back to you as soon as possible.
